About Us

Long ago, in the bygone era of July 2010… on a bright Florida day… forty feet in the air at the top of a zipline tower… the groom asked the bride out on their first date. She replied in complete surprise “sure,” he zipped away down the line in a manner not unlike James Bond, and the rest is history.

Since then we’ve lived in multiple cities and states, attended various schools and degree programs and jobs, navigated the uncertainty of being in our 20s and all the transitions that entails, and throughout all this our best constant has been each other.  

From stargazing and wishing on meteors, to studying for exams and figuring out careers, to brewing beer and adventures in cooking, to hiking and exploring, to crafting and cosplaying, to marathon board gaming, to endlessly re-watching Star Trek, to hunkering down for hurricanes and snowstorms and pandemics, to buying a house together and planting roots in Macon -- we’re looking forward to the decades of love yet to come. 

It has been a journey there and back again, and we thank you for being part of our story.
